Maria T. Ciccolini's real estate practice covers both residential and commercial transactions, and the firm has done this work for more than forty years. We draft and review purchase agreements, prepare deeds and the paperwork a closing actually requires, review the closing package itself, and coordinate directly with the title company so nothing is left sitting on our desk. Rental and lease agreements are handled the same way, from a straightforward residential lease through a commercial triple-net lease.

Landlords and tenants both come to us when a lease disagreement turns into an eviction. We prepare the notices and filings that process actually requires, whichever side of the address you are on. The same care applies to a commercial lease before it is signed, including a triple-net (NNN) lease, where what a tenant is responsible for paying can be easy to miss.
